250 g Hallertau Tradition hop pellets. (cylindrical pellets made from dried, milled and compressed hops).
Variety with medium alpha acidity and very fine Hersbrucker-like aroma. Released in 189 from Hallertau Mittelfrüher, Hallertauer Gold and Saaz. It is best used late in the boil, or for dry hopping.
