0,5 kg straw yellow dry extract, is composed of 55% wheat and 45% barley. Excellent percentage of fermentable sugars with a pleasant dry taste. Wheat malt improves the foam endurance. Ideal for the production of beer through extracts or mini-mash method. It can replace barley malt.
Powder malt is a long-life product and can be easily measured out.
