"Blanche" beer kit for the production of 15 litres white-coloured, light-bodied beer.
A real Bière Blanche: it is produced with barley, oat and wheat and its taste is slightly sour.
White beers (bière blanche, or witbier) have rural origins and are wheat-based. They are characterised by a very light colour, almost white, and are very light and refreshing. Usually they show citric and spicy notes.
The package contains a dry yeast sachet. To be served at 6°C.
