The roots included in this box are drawn from Gentian lutea, a perennial plant, with its beautiful yellow flowers characterizes the slopes of the picturesque mountains. The roots are harvested and processed with selected natural and traditional methods, so as to retain their organoleptic properties of this particular product.
Aromatic herbs are used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added in the last 15 minutes of boil. In ancient times herbs were used to extend beer's storage time.
