All grain kit Open Baladin White
The Baladin interpretation of a Belgian bière blanche. It is light colored with apricot nuances, with a natural and intended cloudiness due to the presence of suspended yeasts. The head is thick and creamy. The scent is pleasantly reminiscent of citrus fruits, yeast and wheat. It has a delicate and well balanced body, which makes it very easy to drink. The taste is also very fresh and full of aromas of citrus fruits and coriander. The bitterness comes from a balanced use of hops and gentian root, used in a cold infusion. Ideal as an aperitif, to quench your thirst or to sip with vegetable entrees, fresh cheese and fish.

In 2008 the Baladin brewery launched the first Italian "Open" beer whose recipe was published on the web to allow all homebrewers to produce the clone of this beer at home with the All Grain method. The idea of the revolutionary "Open Baladin" project revolves around sharing: from published recipes to the diffusion of new distribution channels, the aim is to weave beer experiences from all over the world.
From the collaboration between Mr. Malt and Baladin, three new beerkits are born that interpret the recipes of Open Baladin... and the dream of many homebrewers becomes reality!
