Straw yellow liquid malt extract composed of 55% wheat and 45% barley. Excellent fermentable sugars percentage with pleasant dry flavour. Wheat malt improves the foam endurance.
Used to replace sugar in beer kits and to activate secondary fermentation in bottles.
Ideal for the production of beer with extracts or through the mini-mash method. It can replace barley malt (use 75%).
