Pediococcus Pentosaceus - Starter for sour beer

Microbial starter culture of Pediococcus Pentosaceus to be used in the production of sour beers, tuning specifically for this application.
This strain is characterized by very strong, lactic-citric acidity perceived in finished beer, its aroma reminds of citrus. Strongly recommended for beers whose distinct sourness is fundamental. Proper use of the starter following the protocol "secure acidification" excludes the possibility that problems may occur.
